Barbara Matthews BA(Hons) MA (Hons) Diploma of Second Language Tchg Barbara Matthews is a senior lecturer at the Auckland College of Education working in the language area of Primary (Elementary) Teacher Education. She has worked in a range of educational roles and settings in New Zealand, Australia and Japan. Her professional interests are oracy and visual literacy and the teaching of English as an additional Language. Her masters degree is in Applied Linguistics.
