An Instructional Model of e-Learning

This paper aims at providing an instructional framework that contributes to the development of critical thinking in IT learning using Web environment. Based on various learning modes within the technological process and their implications to students’ cognitive skills. This framework addresses the teacher’s and students’ experiences originated from the implementation and use of the instructional web contents and integration of the cognitive aspects such as: critical thinking, learning experiences, instructional models and strategies.
