Abstract

The Future IT Bangladesh is a private organization aiming at promoting rural based Information and Communication Education. Since 1998 Future IT introduced an education program for the rural school teachers through a challenging process. The quality of education among the teachers of rural Bangladesh is not achieving because of absence of new techniques and technology which never been thought. The ICT based education introduced by the Future IT to the teachers has achieved a remarkable success since the training/education programs are not activity based in Bangladesh.

The paper will address the experiences of the ICT based teachers training project first time in Bangladesh.

Bionote

Born in 1970 Mr. M Maksudul Haque is a young ICT trainer by profession in Bangladesh. He has achieved successes by providing ICT education to the rural people. Mr. Haque developed some new curriculum on ICT education targeting rural poor people and already tested many of them.

He is a Master's in Marketing from Dhaka University and have experiences in developing software, market research and documentation.
